The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $65,900.00 to $.

Position DetailsThe Supplier Management Analyst plays a key role in coordinating and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to support building healthy supplier relationships, negotiating competitive outcomes, and mitigating assortment risks. This includes but is not limited to resolving supplier related issues, supporting supplier negotiations and performance discussions. Supports the Supplier Manager to achieve the cost of goods sold goals across multiple product categories which range from $50M in COGS to $200M in COGS.
This is a hybrid position that is onsite in Lake Forest or Chicago 3 days a week.
You Will- Analyze data to identify trends and outliers, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions and align with our Strategic Framework.
- Contribute to continuously improving procurement operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness to align with strategic priorities.
- Ensure internal partners are aware of and compliant with standard procurement operational processes. (e.g., item additions, discontinuations).
- Collaborate with suppliers to fulfill cross‑functional needs, such as enhanced content and product information requests.
- Assist Supplier Managers in creating and executing program strategies, including goal setting, performance tracking, and aligning with broader business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
