Compensation
CompensationThe anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $93,000.00 to $.

Position DetailsThe payroll tax manager is responsible for Payroll tax compliance for approximately 20,000 employees by ensuring compliance, and controls for North America. The payroll tax manager is responsible for the payroll team located in the US and the outsourced payroll partner who is responsible to ensure that the North American payroll process meets defined service level agreements and quality targets, and that continuous improvement opportunities are identified and executed as necessary to ensure those targets are achieved and sustained.
This position focuses on compliance to internal policies, key controls and government regulations, and creates an environment in which our employees’ expectations are anticipated and consistently met. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge and experience in the area of payroll operations and systems including SAP and ADP Payroll, expatriate payroll, payroll controls, vendor management, SOX requirements, SOC1 controls, labor law and tax compliance.
This person will also act as an advisor and partner to both employees and managers ensuring we have a seamless and accurate quarter, and year end, including ensuring proper audits, and controls.
This is a hybrid position and is onsite 2-3 days a week in Lake Forest. Position is available for relocation assistance.
