- Chicago North Shore is seeking CNAs to join a Lake Forest-based home care team. You will follow written care plans and deliver personalized in-home care under the guidance of a professional Care Manager who guides you in delivering high-quality care.
You will help maintain safety and independence for clients by following care plans, participating in ongoing training, and utilizing company processes and PPE as needed.
