This caregiver role emphasizes activity-based dementia care. Along with providing supportive caregiving and personal care as needed, you'll help clients stay active, engaged, and connected through conversation, creative activities, and community outings.

If you enjoy building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping someone enjoy their day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Memory Care Partner, you'll tailor each day to your client's personality, interests, and abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading activities such as games, puzzles, music, baking, gardening, and crafts
  • Encouraging movement through walks and healthy daily routines
  • Accompanying clients to senior centers, parks, and community outings
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting independence while assisting with daily routines and personal care as needed
  • Building relationships with clients and families
  • Communicating with our dementia care team to support continuity of care

Engagement is a central part of this position. You should feel comfortable initiating activities, encouraging participation, and adapting your approach to each client's needs.

  • Education, early childhood care, or youth development
  • Recreation, enrichment programs, or community outreach
  • Theater, improv, music, or creative arts

Professional and family caregiving experience are welcome.
