Role Impact
This high-impact role leads the creation of data products that enable insights and drive strategic decision-making across Sales, Trade, and Front Office teams. As the key liaison between business units and technical teams, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of decision-support tools while influencing enterprise data strategy. Supported by a Center of Excellence, you'll shape how data informs growth in a fast-moving, consumer-focused enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of commercial data products from concept to decommissioning

• Deliver scalable analytics solutions for Sales, Trade, and Front Office stakeholders

• Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and architecture

• Promote data literacy and self-service reporting capabilities

• Influence enterprise data strategy through identification of high-value capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• 7+ years in data & analytics roles, including delivery of enterprise-grade data solutions

• 5+ years with SAP data tools (BW, HANA, Datasphere, ECC, or S/4

HANA) in commercial domains

• Proven record delivering end-to-end data products for Sales, Category Management, RGM, and Trade

Core Tech Environment

• SAP BW, HANA, Datasphere, ECC, S/4

HANA

• SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Business Objects, Analysis for Office

• Generative AI tools for decision support

• Advanced SQL, data modeling, reporting automation

• Agile project methodologies

• Data visualization and storytelling platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience operationalizing AI/ML models for production use

• Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling skills

• Background in Consumer-Packaged Goods (Client) industry
