Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

8 am-5 pm

$23/HR

Orion Group seeks an Operations Support team member to join our pharmaceutical client in Mettawa, IL.

The Operations Support team member will provide operational support to departmental projects or larger-scale department/division-wide efforts.

Duties may include:

• Tracking 3rd Party Agreements
• Onboarding and off-boarding of onshore/offshore contractors and full-time employees, utilizing Service Now and working alongside Total Talent
• Order all necessary equipment such as phone, iPad, VDIs, and laptops, and coordinate deliveries to new onboards
• Maintain a tracker for all contractors and full-time employees for audit purposes
• Work alongside the deployment team to deploy or ship equipment prior to the first day, updating our blueprint to assign a cube space
• Support Managers, Directors, and VPs in troubleshooting of projects, reconciliations, granting access to our internal system, and resetting passwords
• Onboarding new suppliers and conducting evaluations, ADCTs, TPSEs, and SETs to maintain vendor masters
• Assist our Commercial Data Policy team with Green Sheet approvals and TPAs
• Work with SAP/ SRM, Insight Farm, DSP, SNAPP, and Service Now
• Generating reports, research, and follow-through, schedule coordination, and database management.
• Support 200-plus market researchers/vendors-so customer service is important.
• Help with In-team training/cross training.
• Project reconciliation
  - Entering information from the system, basic bookkeeping.
• Understanding what is offered for an hourly rate, so the invoices need to match.
• Basic finance skills
• Need to know how to use Excel, formulas, pivot tables, checking spreadsheets, and comparing them to each other
