Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Market Analytics Specialist to join their team. As a Market Analytics Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Global Marketing and US Commercial teams, supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. • Validate, categorize, and analyze market, sales, and healthcare claims data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly market and share tracking reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel or Power
  
  BI to streamline data visualization and reporting processes.
• Assist in updating market forecast models and identify historical and future trends to support strategic planning.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights, supporting market research projects and ad hoc analyses.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or market research.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including experience with Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik View, or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
