Role:
Manager/Senior Manager, Data Analytics within Commercial Analytics, focused on managing and integrating diverse data sources to generate insights supporting commercial decision-making.
- oversee data management
- ensure data integrity and governance
- develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
- analyze datasets to identify trends
- collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Sales.
- bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or commercial reporting, preferably within biopharma
- expertise with IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, SQL, Power BI, Excel
- strong analytical, data management, and communication skills
- experience working with external data vendors, commercial metrics, and analytics in biotech/pharma environments
- role level (Manager/Sr. Manager) based on experience, with some travel (~10%) and a focus on life sciences or biotech sectors
