This position reports to the Director of Business Operations and is responsible for overseeing the facility and maintenance operations of the First Presbyterian Church. The church’s facilities include the Sanctuary, Offices, Preschool, Parish House, Cottage, Herbert
B. Anderson Legacy Manse and the surrounding campus. A candidate should have experience in building care and maintenance, IT functions, an understanding of financial reports and basic HR functions. The manager should have a leadership style that is proactive, accessible, and able to interact openly and effectively communicate well with others.
