Material Specialist

The Material Specialist position assists several departments with tracking incoming inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on placed orders to ensure raw materials arrive in a timely manner
• Update po information when received from vendor on delivery dates
• Investigate incorrectly received inventory
• Track down missing inventory
• Work with project management on customer inventory items
• Monitor upcoming expiring chemicals
• Assist with company inventories and cycle counting

Requirements:

• Excel and Microsoft Office Experience
• Good math skills
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Bilingual a plus but not required

$18.00/hr

1st shift: 7 am to 3p

8 am to 4pm
