Compensation Range: $35 - 40 per hour

Are you ready to drive strategic execution for a Global Pharmaceutical Leader's in-house agency? As a consultative partner, you will spearhead end-to-end omnichannel solutions and elevate the standard for high-visibility promotional campaigns.

• Orchestrate end-to-end omnichannel solutions across print and digital platforms to ensure seamless delivery of critical business objectives.
• Drive strategic execution by developing comprehensive project timelines and allocating resources to keep campaigns on budget and schedule.
• Act as a consultative partner during internal status reviews, mitigating risks and providing data-driven proposals to optimize agency workflows.
• Navigate complex regulatory review processes, meticulously preparing assets to guarantee strict compliance with corporate promotional guidelines.

• 1 to 4 years of recent advertising agency experience in client services, including at least 1 year specializing in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Specialized expertise navigating enterprise project management and regulatory compliance platforms, specifically Kantata, Workfront, and Veeva Promo Mats.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent campaigns and adapting workflows within a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
• Bachelor's degree paired with exceptional organizational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills to foster seamless cross-functional collaboration.
