Account Supervisor, Social Media

The Account Supervisor will serve as the primary client contact and oversee the full monthly social content process, from planning and creative development through internal review, client feedback, legal approvals, and publishing. This person will partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and freelance teams to keep work moving smoothly and deliver strong, platform-appropriate content.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in agency social media and client services, is comfortable leading meetings and managing multiple priorities, and brings excellent writing and organizational skills. Experience supporting brands in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead day-to-day client communication, meetings, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage organic social content across Instagram, Stories, Facebook, and short-form video channels.
• Coordinate content calendars, creative development, stakeholder reviews, and approvals.
• Write clear, engaging social copy that reflects the brand voice and meets compliance requirements.
• Guide internal creative and production partners while maintaining quality and momentum.
• Support reporting and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Keep project-management tools and shared resources organized and up to date.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant agency experience in social media, account management, or a related role
• Proven client-facing experience
• The ability to manage overlapping deadlines with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with Figma, Monday, Sprinklr, and performance reporting is preferred.
