The salary range for this position is $34.50 - $55.20 (Hourly Rate). Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities include care coordination, patient education, and relationship-based care. The Registered Nurse will perform a comprehensive assessment on all assigned patients, communicate changes in patient’s condition promptly, and utilize appropriate nursing diagnosis and data from the assessment to derive realistic outcomes.

  supports patient/family/spiritual/cultural needs when assessing the patient and family needs for teaching, identifies the patient's learning level and readiness, and documents education record.
• Relationship-based care: treats patients, families, and staff in a caring manner with respect and dignity.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse, and Basic Life Support. Preferred qualifications include National Certification in area of specialty, strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with others, and strong analytic abilities.
