• Set up the bar before opening, including preparing drink condiments, ensuring sufficient inventory, and organizing the area.
• Serve beverages and take orders for drinks and appetizers in the Bistro and Nevins Pub.
• Prepare appetizers as ordered and deliver them promptly to residents and guests.
• Correctly charge residents and guests for beverages and appetizers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service.
• Complete end-of-shift tasks, such as breaking down the bar and cleaning the area.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any complaints, unsafe conditions, or situations involving over-served patrons to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies, including those regarding confidentiality, security of information, and resident well-being.

• Pleasant, courteous, and respectful demeanor toward residents, guests, and coworkers.
• Reliable and punctual, with adherence to uniform requirements.
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent service.
• Professional and clean personal appearance.

• Current college student or graduate preferred.

• Prior bartending experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
