Indirect Lending Representative

Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for an Indirect Lending Representative

• Field- based – within the Consumers Credit Union Branch network surrounding Lake Forest, IL
• Ability to travel and regular work hours may range depending on business needs
• Must have open availability to accommodate scheduling needs outside of regular hours.
• Local Northern IL/Southeastern WI candidates only!

As Indirect Lending Representative
, you’ll develop relationships with reputable dealerships and market our product to help expand the indirect business model.

Also, you will meet with dealership personnel and sell our value proposition to increase indirect loan volume.

• Solicits business from current and prospective auto dealerships. Build rapport with thedecision makers at the dealerships along with educating them on our products and services.
• Responsible for getting the dealer sign-up packages complete for all new dealers.
• Assists the indirect loan processor with retrieving the proper documentation on the contracts from the dealers and follow approved applications.
• Reviews and updates all dealership clients using internal contracts system annually.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
  - Minimum
• 5+ years' experience in sales, underwriting, or financial institutions
  - Preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate business, negotiate effectively, and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
• Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently and identify new business opportunities.

The salary range for this role is $ 67,980 - $108,768 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
