- Hourly pay: $18.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience and certifications

- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime if needed
- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
- Desire to continually learn new skills
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation per Paul Davis and industry specifications under the Mitigation Manager’s supervision.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
- Stay accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as needed.
- Assist with warehousing and facility tasks when necessary.
- Lead team members and support them when opportunities arise.
