• Hourly pay: $18.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience and certifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime if needed
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
• Desire to continually learn new skills

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation per Paul Davis and industry specifications under the Mitigation Manager’s supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Stay accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as needed.
• Assist with warehousing and facility tasks when necessary.
• Lead team members and support them when opportunities arise.
