Youth Cheerleading Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Cheerleading Coach to lead our cheer squads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong foundation in cheerleading techniques. This role involves instructing practice sessions, choreographing routines, and preparing teams for performances and competitions.

• Lead and supervise weekly cheerleading practices, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
• Choreograph age‑appropriate routines that incorporate cheers, stunts, and dance elements.
• Instruct athletes on proper techniques, including jumps, stunts, and tumbling.
• Prepare teams for local performances and competitions.
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes respect, discipline, and enthusiasm.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during practices and events.

• This role may involve evening and weekend work to accommodate practice and game schedules.
• This role is outdoor work, sometimes in various weather conditions.

• Previous Cheerleading Experience (competitive or recreational) is required.
• Experience working with children, particularly ages 4–15.
• Ability to commit to one evening per week for coaching sessions.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong desire to mentor young athletes.

$20.00/Hr.
