• Inspire clients to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money by building strong, lasting client relationships.
• Serve a diverse range of clients as a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional and use the support of an expert team to deliver advanced tax training for success.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person tax interviews, prepare complete and accurate tax returns, and offer additional products and services to generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide IRS support, including tax notice services (all certification levels) or audit representation (Circular 230 associates).
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• 5 + years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
