This contract offers the chance to utilize your critical care skills while controlling your work schedule.

You will be a vital member of the ER team, utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking to provide high-quality care to patients with diverse and acute needs.

• Core Responsibilities: Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; administer medications and treatments; and execute patient plans of care.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, participate in performance improvement activities, and utilize clinical expertise to guide other departments.

• Patient Safety: Critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, with appropriate escalation when needed.

• Experience: Experienced ER RN required.

• Licensure: Active Wisconsin (WI) RN Licensure.

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS.
