As a Trader Jack’s Retail Clerk at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, you will warmly greet guests and assist with any questions or purchases, using a positive attitude, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills to make each interaction enjoyable and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at the Grand Geneva Resort, is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Featuring 50,000 square feet of year-round, indoor/outdoor waterpark excitement, Timber Ridge Lodge is a family bonding adventure that’s soaked in memories. • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Previous computer experience is required.
• Must be service oriented, have the ability to take direction, and be customer service driven.

• Must have strong math skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
