As the PM Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations.

• Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed
• Supervise all PM Snow Makers
• Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down
• Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation
• Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior supervisor experience required
• Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting
• Great customer service and communication skills required
• Safety minded;
  Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift
