As a Public Area Attendant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will keep our main lobby and common areas pristine and well-kept.

What will you be doing?

• Greet all guests with a positive attitude.
• Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by completing all requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Clean and maintain all assigned areas including lobby, exterior of building, parking lot, restaurant, spa, bathrooms, stairwells, pool, restrooms, fitness center, and elevators in accordance with the established standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain all floor/carpet/doormat care needs within the hotel.
• Ensure all supplies are in place.
• Participate in the promotion of safety and security in assigned work areas.
• Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Previous cleaning, maintenance, housekeeping or janitorial experienced helpful.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
• Ability to use all cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and push a cart on a regular and extended basis.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
• Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and or carry up to 50 lbs.
