gpac provides training, coaching and support to help you reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven role with the potential to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Base salary pay begins at $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, you may be eligible to earn commissions (uncapped).

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
