• Uncapped commissions. $130,000 – $200,000 OTE (base salary + commission + quarterly bonus). No personal quota. Your team's number is your number.

• You've led, and you've sold. Leadership that's either 2+ years managing a team, or informal: mentoring reps, leading meetings, training new hires. Plus, quota attainment when you were a rep, with numbers behind it.
• Coaching, not just managing. You've coached reps through prospecting, pipeline, and the entire sales process. You can describe how you coach and what numbers your team hit.
• Inspection discipline. You've run your own pipeline reviews and forecast calls. You inspect what you expect, weekly, and act on a red flag before end of month.
• Valid license and a reliable vehicle. This role is in the field and on the phones with your reps. MVR check after conditional offer, reviewed individually.

Build a team you'd bet your number on. Then coach them: prospecting, pipeline, every week. That's how you surpass plan.
