Overview
Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical facility such as clinic, health center, or public health agency, under direction of Physician, by performing the following duties.

Opportunity- Fantastic working schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- No Holidays, No Call and No Weekends!
- Responsibilities to include: following up on patients, new consults and discharging weekly
- Enjoy a high level of independence
- Outstanding referral system from primary care
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
- Strong communication/interpretive and analytical skills.
- A high level of independent judgment and ability to handle empowerment for independent action.
- Ability to pass the Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check and/or Illinois Health Care Worker s Background Check.
- Graduate of an accredited MSN program
- Current WI RN license
- Current WI APNP license
- Current DEA number
- ATLS certification
- Other certifications as required
