Seasonal Landscaper

. The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance is provided, and we recruit nationally.

• Assist horticulturists with maintenance of garden areas, green roofs, orchards, and prairies.
• Mow, trim, mulch, water, weed, and compost as needed.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including crouching, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week through the growing season (approximately April to November).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.

• Pay starts at $20 per hour.
• Seasonal employees accrue paid vacation and sick time.
