Brick & Mortar Home and Outdoor is seeking a strong sales lead that has an eye for Interior Design. You must have experience in our industry in order to gain top pay rate.

• Work with customers on the retail floor
• Assist with shipments that come in, which requires at least the ability to lift 40 pounds
• Stocking, restocking, cleaning and organizing, tagging and back stocking
• Climb stairs multiple times a day to access the three floors in our store
• Learn and retain information on multiple product lines
• Collaborate with the manager and coworkers to accomplish daily tasks

Store hours:
Sunday 11-5, Mon–Thu 10-5, Fri–Sat 10-6

We require one weekend day, currently Sunday. We are open New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day, and we ask for availability on these days. We also ask for availability for Black Friday and weekend days. This is retail and we are in a resort community; these are busy times for us.

This position will start off part time for training, and we are looking to fill both part-time and full-time roles. If working full time, there are benefits that accompany the position with an average of 38–40 hours maintained.
