• Provide best‑in‑industry financial services to prospective and existing customers to support their purchasing, insuring, and refinancing of boats and yachts.
• Maximize sales and profitability using Boat House tools, products, and services.
• Serve as a compass for ethical sales practices, enhanced employee engagement, and effective decision‑making in alignment with management, sales, and admin teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and align with Boat House priorities.
• Implement and communicate processes that drive desired outcomes of efficiency and financial accuracy.

• Strong sales and advisory skills; able to identify and meet customer finance and insurance needs.
• Experience preparing sales presentations and forecasting for finance and insurance products.
• Collaboration with lenders and insurance partners to secure the best outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can navigate professional settings.
• Strong record‑keeping and compliance skills, including contract review and industry regulations.
• Problem‑solving mindset to resolve complex issues during the financing process.
• Understanding of F&I sales process and Boat House core services.
