As an F & I Business Manager, you'll be at the helm of our mission to enhance and refine our sales experience. We're looking for career-minded candidates with a finance/insurance sales background and a drive to succeed in the industry.
Your Mission:- Provide top-tier financial services to support customers in purchasing, insuring, and refinancing their boats and yachts.
- Maximize sales and profitability using Boat House tools, products, and services.
- Promote ethical sales practices, employee engagement, and effective decision-making aligned with management, sales, and admin teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost job satisfaction, productivity, and alignment with Boat House priorities.
- Implement and communicate processes that ensure efficiency and financial accuracy.
Sales and Advisory Skills
- Identify customer finance and insurance needs through excellent customer interactions.
- Prepare sales presentations for TBHG financial services and products.
- Work with TBHG lenders and insurance partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Share opinions and processes effectively across all employee levels.
- Maintain organized records and scheduled processes for financial management.
- Keep detailed records of transactions, documents, and customer information.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues during sales and financing.
- Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs and overcome obstacles.
- Review contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Navigate industry-specific regulations effectively.
- Understand the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Be familiar with TBHG finance, insurance, and product protection programs.
- Prepare sales presentations for all TBHG finance, insurance, and product programs.
