Security Site Supervisor – Full-Time | $20.09/Hour
Lake Grove, NY | 40 Hours Per Week | Evening & Weekend Schedule

We're hiring a Security Site Supervisor to lead and support a team of Security Officers at a busy retail property in Lake Grove, NY. If you have security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work and continue building your career.
Position Highlights
- $20.09 per hour
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Consistent, five-day work schedule

Your Schedule
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekend availability is required.
What You'll Do
- Lead, supervise, and support Security Officers during daily operations.
- Conduct routine foot patrols and maintain a visible, professional presence.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies using sound judgment.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate with site management and help ensure officers follow established procedures.
- Promote a safe, welcoming environment through professionalism and customer service.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of security experience.
- An active New York State Security Guard License.
- Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete written reports.
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the listed schedule.
