Key Responsibilities- Estimate plumbing projects by thoroughly analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather accurate information for project pricing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and ensure accurate estimation
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and proposals with clients and subcontractors
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a plumbing estimator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Eligible for Retirement and Health Benefits at the successful completion of a 90-day Probationary period.
