Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities
- Support company health and wellness initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
- Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
- Ensure a stellar customer experience with accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions and related tasks
- Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
- Compound medications according to regulations
- Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
- Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
- Complete CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with laws and policies
- Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
- Follow sanitation and safety regulations, report unsafe conditions
- Comply with all relevant regulations and report illegal activities
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
Minimum
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Current registration, certification, or licensure
Desired
- Previous pharmacy technician experience or equivalent
