Compensation: $17.00 / hour

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting sanitation, production, and warehouse activities for operational efficiency and to ensure food safety compliance and general safety.

• Completes cleaning and sanitation protocols per the Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures.
• Catches pouches, verifies quality, and packs pouches for shipment to the customer.
• Supports production through the distribution of supplies.
• Assists in warehouse activities as needed, including inventory, material distribution, material waste removal, and warehouse cleaning.
• Assists with the preparation of finished goods for shipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Works collaboratively with plant departments, performing tasks as needed.
• Complies with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Workplace Safety.
• Reports all food safety and/or quality issues to the direct supervisor for corrective actions.

Must Haves:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum Experience required - None
• Skills Required - Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled production environment
• Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing priorities
• 1 + years of forklift operation experience, preferably in a warehouse
