Overview
Job Description - RN/Registered Nurse - Surgery Center PRN (3266) )
The Havasu Surgery Center specializes in the operation of an Ambulatory Surgical Facility. The RN Circulator works directly with the physician to provide circulator duties in the OR. The case mix consists mainly of Cosmetic, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Podiatry. The RN circulator is responsible for providing services within the scope of practice for RN in Arizona.
The primary goal is to efficiently provide surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical operations.
- Serve as the RN Circulator in the operating room, working directly with the physician to perform circulator duties.
- Support cases across the high-mix procedures including Cosmetic, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Podiatry.
- Provide services within the scope of practice for an RN in Arizona.
- Contribute to efficient surgical service delivery and improved clinical operations to meet customer expectations.
- Associate degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year RN circulating experience in OR required.
- Valid Arizona or Compact States nursing license.
- ACLS, BLS and Moderate Sedation within 60 days of hire.
