Overview
RN/Registered Nurse Med Surg Days - Sign On Bonus at Havasu Regional Medical Center.
Responsibilities- Provide delivery of patient care as the Primary RN on the assigned Unit, with the clinical ability to coordinate and supervise patient care.
- Complete required documentation and participate in patient/family teaching and discharge planning, effectively utilizing the Nursing Process.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and other personnel to maintain professional nursing practice in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
- Demonstrate basic leadership for subordinate staff on the Unit and maintain quality delivery of patient care by aligning with the Nursing Process, the Arizona Nurse Practice Act, TJC, State regulations, and Hospital Policies and Procedures.
- Strive to provide high-quality care to all customers and promote the Havasu Regional Medical Center Standards of Behavior; perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid AZ RN or compact RN license.
- BLS within 60 days of hire.
