Our ICU unit is comprised of 16 beds, including CVICU, MICU, surgical, neuro, and trauma (10–11 beds for CV/ICU patients) with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. You will play a crucial role in making our community at Lake Havasu City healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment. To ensure that patients’ needs are met you will work side‑by‑side with our multi‑care technicians.

This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care as well as opportunities for growth and to enhance your critical‑care skills.

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required upon hire; BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS
• PALS required within 1 year of hire
• Handle with Care certification required within 30 days of orientation and annually thereafter
• TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire
• Must pass a rhythm recognition test within 90 days of hire
• 1 year ICU experience preferred
