Job specification
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to promote positive patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, gathering information from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or completion of a Nursing Diploma program is required; BSN preferred
- Active RN license in Arizona or a Compact State RN license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
