Job specification

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions in emergency situations.
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment data and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and evidence-based nursing practices to ensure patient safety.
• Provide education and support to patients and families while utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.

Candidate requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
• Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (must obtain AZ license within 30 days of employment)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Previous experience in a clinical setting1 year of acute Medical/Surgical nursing experience
