Lifepoint Health is seeking an Outpatient Surgery Center RN at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This full-time daytime role supports Pre-Op, Post-Op and Endo across 10 operating rooms with no on-call and no holidays.
Eligible candidates can receive up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include Arizona RN license (or Compact with AZ endorsement) and ADN; BSN preferred.
