Overview
We are looking for a top-shelf bartender for Martini Bay. Humble, Hungry, Smart, Helpful, and Flexible ROCKSTAR level bartender that can build a clientele with their good attitude and level of engagement.

Responsibilities- Represent Martini Bay and London Bridge Resort at all times
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Ensuring NO customer or potential customer is ignored
- Educating guests on new our products and new products
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Offer and take food and appetizer orders to help keep patrons in seats longer
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

- Be kind to all including staff, co-workers, management, and of course our guests and regulars.
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes tips.
Requirements- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits is required; willingness to learn more and different items more required.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Relevant training certificates such as Serve Safe certification
