As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a H&R Block tax office, and help accelerate seasonal tax business growth. You will develop your skills as a knowledgeable resource on tax topics, provide leadership and development to associates, and ensure an outstanding client experience.

Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries, and at least 2 years as a Tax Professional.

Your responsibilities include creating growth plans, recruiting, resolving client concerns, managing schedules, training staff, preparing tax returns, and conducting performance reviews.

Required skills include customer service experience, supervisory skills, tax knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, independence, resilience, flexibility, and a high school diploma or higher.

This job is full-time, with a pay range of $15.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
