Compensation: $16.75/hr + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

Do you want to work in a hands‑on environment where you will work alongside others to make products used in well‑known companies? At AFC you will be able to assist other workers in the fabrication process, you will get the experience of working in a manufacturing company, and be able to learn while on the job. As a Laminated Parts Machine Operator, you will operate presses and ensure they run continuously throughout the shift.

• Operate and perform changeovers on machinery to produce laminated parts
• Keep machines running smoothly by coordinating with fabricators and supervisors
• Monitor material levels and communicate needs to the appropriate team members
• Follow production schedules and work orders with minimal supervision
• Conduct quality checks and assist in resolving product issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools
• Track inventory and participate in cycle counts as needed
• Recommend and support process improvements
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs

• High school diploma or GED
