Job Summary And Responsibilities

The Cath Lab RN is responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating patient care outcomes. The RN participates in and maintains quality, cost effectiveness, and guest relations while providing patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

• Associate degree in Nursing required
• At least 2 years’ experience in critical care unit required
• Cath Lab experience required
• ACLS and BCLS required (American Heart only)
