This role supports the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth management of the property.

• Assist the Property Manager in managing day-to-day property operations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Support tenant relations by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Help with lease administration, including renewals and move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
• Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for the property.
• Ensure compliance with property policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards.

• Proven experience as an assistant property manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
