Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. The Sales Associate is knowledgeable in each product area or department in our store, upholds policies and procedures detailed in the visual manual, and fully promotes each sale and/or promotion. They serve as an ambassador of the brand, creating a unique customer experience to acquire and retain long‑term customers and are passionate about delivery of outstanding customer service and merchandising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual, assisting customers as they enter the store and handling multiple customers during peak periods.
  • Promote and sell services and merchandise.
  • Set goals to grow and improve selling skills; track overall sales.
  • Practice and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards (operations, personnel, visual, customer service manuals, and memos).
  • Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, clean‑up lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
  • Use presenting merchandise to promote and sell goods, following guidance in the product knowledge manual.
  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational problems to store management.
  • Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics.
  • Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures are accurate; report potential fraud risks.
Supervisory Responsibilities

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter with initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team‑player who is passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.
