• Understand and implement dealership sales processes
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Develop strategies to increase market share
• Collaborate with sales leadership on monthly plans
• Maintain dealership standards for Customer Service Index, gross profit, and monthly units
• Stay updated on products, market trends, and certifications
• Be familiar with CRM software
