Job Description
We are seeking future team members for our Vice President, Client Processing I position located in Lake Mary, FL, Hybrid.
In this role, you will:
Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems.Handle complex external client issues, including ongoing client servicing, post-sales support, resolving operational issues, and product implementations.Coordinate work within a team or project.Communicate needs and issues with internal and external clients, participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing.Solve complex problems using in-depth system knowledge.Apply ingenuity and creativity to resolve common problems and determine permanent solutions.Support lower-level client processing roles with technical assistance.Supervise a small Client Processing team.Contribute to team objectives.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.7-10 years of relevant work experience preferred.Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.Applicable licenses or certifications as required by the business.BNY is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
