Talent Acquisition Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing professional services organization hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing Orlando team! This is a unique opportunity to partner with both legal and operations leaders, driving recruiting strategies across a wide variety of positions across the organization. • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across legal and operations teams
• Source, screen, and engage candidates at all levels, from entry-level to executive
• Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers on intake calls and provide consultative guidance
• Manage 20+ requisitions at a time while maintaining quality

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, agency or corporate for professional services roles
• Ability to pivot between high-volume and niche searches
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to run with limited training
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus

• 3 days onsite required
• $90,000-$100,000 base salary + year-end discretionary bonus
