We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise CRM (ECRM) group — a team empowered to move fast, solve hard problems, and shape the future of client engagement across BNY Mellon. This role is located in Lake Mary, FLIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Serve as the voice of the business — capturing, refining, and validating requirements that shape the future of our CRM platform

Translate process into user stories, test plans, and scalable designs for Power Platform solutions

Build and Deploy Power Platform Solutions Analyze current-state workflows and propose optimizations that drive value through automation and smarter data Provide configuration support: building views, forms, dashboards, and security roles within Dynamics 365 CEChampion usability, accessibility, and user-centric design in every initiative you support

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required6+ years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred

Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and enterprise CRM configuration

Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and functional testing skillsA keen ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

Knowledge of platform governance, permission models, and enterprise data structures

You’re naturally collaborative, technically curious, and comfortable in a high-accountability environment
