A leading firm in complex civil litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team in Lake Mary, FL. The firm represents Fortune 100 clients who are self-insured, with cases spanning product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, and other third-party defense matters.

If you're meticulous, motivated, and ready to contribute to high-stakes litigation, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence

Support attorneys in managing litigation timelines and case progress

Assist with discovery, depositions, and subpoenas

Conduct document review and analysis using platforms like iManage

Organize electronic case files and prepare trial materials

Coordinate witnesses, exhibits, and attend trial as needed

What We’re Looking For

4 or more years of litigation experience in a law firm (defense preferred)

Strong background in third-party defense (product liability, toxic tort, etc.)

Stable work history — we value consistency and commitment

Ability to meet a billable requirement of 1,800 hours per year

Willingness to travel nationwide for trial support

Familiarity with client billing guidelines and accurate time entry

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
